CfP: Cultural Data Analytics Conference 2023 (December 13-16), deadline July 24 https://cudan.tlu.ee/conference/ We invite submissions for the Cultural Data Analytics Conference 2023 / CUDAN 2023, organized by the ERA Chair project for Cultural Data Analytics at Tallinn University, generously funded by the European Commission. Inspired by initial large gatherings of the cultural analytics community, including UCLA/IPAM 2016, and multidisciplinary conferences such as NetSci, IC2S2, or CSS, we aim to bring together researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders using methods of cultural data analytics to understand cultures and cultural production. This particularly includes multidisciplinary combinations of quantification, qualitative inquiry, computational analysis, and visualization to make sense of large cultural datasets, including visual, audiovisual, linguistic, and other genres of socio-cultural materials. The conference is scheduled to happen in Tallinn, Estonia from December 13 to 16, 2023, including a number of leading invited practitioners, peer-reviewed talks, and poster contributions from the community. Conference programme The CUDAN 2023 main conference programme (December 14-16, 2023) will include six keynotes covering the spectrum of relevant disciplines, a lightning talk session in the plenary, parallel sessions, and a poster section. The latter will run throughout the whole conference in the coffee and lunch area that is collocated with the plenum. The conference will close with a best poster and best paper award ceremony. The pre-conference day (December 13, 2023) will feature introductory workshops by CUDAN senior fellows, covering aspects of cultural data analysis and visualization using Python, R, Tableau, and the Collection Space Navigator. Before and after the main conference, we will offer sightseeing tours, including the medieval Tallinn old town and Christmas market (among many reasons to visit Estonia). We are further planning a meet the publisher’s session and other opportunities for relevant stakeholders, including exhibition booths. Contributions ideally address at least one of the following subject domains (in line with state-of-the-art conceptual reference models for cultural data): – material aspects, including artworks, architecture, texts, images, sound, film, digital media, databases, and other forms of tangible cultural heritage; – conceptual aspects, including cultural practices, rituals, theories, policies, data models, narratives, imagined communities, and other forms of intangible cultural heritage; – social aspects, including human behaviour, human mobility, social networks, and social media; – temporal aspects, from slow historical processes to turbulence in today’s economy of attention; – spatial aspects of historical topography, cultural geography, and urban dynamics; – event aspects, which combine the above aspects in cultural co-production, event series, tourism, etc.; – network aspects of socio-cultural interaction, including the inherent ecology of complex networks as documented in the structure and dynamics of large cultural knowledge graphs or blockchains associated with the crypto-art-market, for example. *IJHAC Call for Papers - Humanities Going Digital: Teaching, Training and Research Experiences* *Journal: IJHAC: A Journal of Digital HumanitiesGuest Editors: Rute Costa and Raquel Amaro (NOVA University Lisbon)* *Motivation:* Educational systems are being transformed by digital technologies and demands for new knowledge and skills by university graduates. The special issue on “Humanities Going Digital: Teaching, Training & Research Experiences” emerges from the Erasmus+ project *Humanities Going Digital* project (2020-1-CZ01-KA226-HE-094363), focusing on the Erasmus+ axes: i) ICT – emergent technologies – digital competencies; ii) New innovative curricula/educational methods/development of training courses, and iii) Open and distance learning. The project focused on the development of teaching methodologies, curricula and materials aiming at contributing to new ways of teaching (off and online) and new educational methods. This encompasses the inclusion of research activities of teachers and students in the field of Digital Humanities, while fostering the dialogue between the students in a professional and academic environment and promoting the direct reflection of the results of their work in the courses. The special issue on “Humanities Going Digital: Teaching, Training & Research Experiences” is intended to explore the connection between research, teaching and training and the reporting of experiences contributing to Digital Humanities. *Call for Papers. Dossier on Digital Art History* The dossier on “Digital Art History” of Umanistica Digitale collects contributions on the study of methods, approaches, debates and experiments that developed over the last two decades in the field of Digital Art History, particularly along two lines of research that appear dominant today. On the one hand, scholarly studies in Art History embrace a transdisciplinary approach to investigate several aspects that are constituents of the discipline: e.g. to formulate authorship attributions, reconstruct provenance, detect artworks’ genre and style, or investigate historical networks. To this extent, digital tools are employed to conduct and extend consolidated practices of research in Art History, though impacting its scope in many ways. On the other hand, computational methodologies have significantly evolved in the last decades and have opened new frontiers in research and industry. The development of text-to-image software has raised new issues in the field of generative art and intellectual property, as well as the use of blockchain and NFT has reframed the role of cultural institutions toward the art market. Big Data analysis and Distant Viewing have also impacted the modes of art historical research, bringing structural and logical topics into the foreground, rather than as side products of scholarly investigations. Similarly, the predominant role of data visualisation for cultural heritage analysis significantly impacts decision-making processes, while the employment of interactive/immersive installations and the Web as instruments of participation and awareness introduce new practices for engaging with museum audiences, stakeholders and patrons. This dossier welcomes proposals in both aforementioned areas of interest, privileging those pertaining to the field of the Digital Humanities, Computer Science, and Art History, as well as from other sectors that want to engage in the exploration of Digital Art History in a transdisciplinary perspective. The Unicode Consortium will be holding a webinar on “Documenting and Preserving Languages with Unicode: A Talk on Character Encoding, Keyboards, and Fonts” on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11 a.m. Pacific Time. Abstract: The Unicode Standard is the basis of electronic communication today on computers and devices, and hence is fundamental to documenting and preserving languages and the scripts used to write them. Formulaic Language in Historical Research and Data Extraction: An International Conference CALL FOR PAPERS Huygens Institute, Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences Amsterdam, 7-9 February 2024 Formulaic language is a phenomenon familiar to scholars working with a great variety of historical sources. In official documents such as charters, acts, laws, ordinances, proceedings, but also in ‘private’ texts such as letters, petitions, egodocuments, and literary texts, we find (sequences of) words that appear over and over again, often in the same position in the text, over a long period of time. Such formulaic elements seem to fulfill many different functions: they may help the reader understand the type or genre of a text, structure the text, indicate its performative character, strengthen the relationship between author and reader, or help memorizing a text, to name but a few. Given the highly formulaic character of many written sources, especially (but not only) of the premodern period, the phenomenon of formulaic language has received surprisingly little attention in historical research. It has been studied in (socio)linguistics and historical pragmatics, but few historians have engaged with this scholarship. Until recently, moreover, the potential of formulaic language for (automated) data extraction of large digitized source corpora has remained virtually unexplored. The twofold aim of this international conference is: 1. to place formulaic language on the agenda as an object of historical study (in the broadest, interdisciplinary sense of this term) 2. to explore the potential of formulaic language for the digitization and data extraction of historical sources of different types and periods. Possible questions that we would like to address in this conference include: • What is formulaic language? In which societal domains and historical sources can it be found? When and why has language been considered formulaic, and by whom? How is formulaic language defined and studied in different academic fields? How does the use of formulaic language vary across (national) linguistic traditions and across space and time? • How has formulaic language historically been understood? Which purposes has it served? How, when and where has formulaic language emerged, transferred or disappeared? How has formulaic language evolved over time, and how can change be explained? How does formulaic language in written texts relate to speech acts and ritual performances? How does it relate to text genres and genre conventions? • What are the social and political connotations and consequences of formulaic language? Who produces it, who engages with it, who knows how to use it, and who is excluded by it? How do (political, religious, legal) authorities, intermediaries, and ordinary language users employ, exploit, and interpret formulaic language? Does formulaic language facilitate or hinder the participation of subaltern groups in society? What is the relationship between formulaic language and the subsequent transitions from oral to written culture to the age of print and the digital age, or with processes of standardization, professionalization, and bureaucratization? • How can formulas be used to extract information from texts? What information do formulaic expressions convey about the subject or meaning of a text? Can they play a role in recognizing and contextualizing named entities? Can they help to link texts with other texts? • How can formulaic language be identified in text corpora and archives, including long serial publications and heterogeneous archives of diverse documents? How can formulaic expressions be categorized and how can relationships between formulas be identified? We welcome proposals for papers (c. 250 words) on these and related topics from scholars working in different fields. Proposals should be sent, together with a short bio- bibliographical statement including indication of institutional affiliation, by 15 June, to Republic_Goetgevonden(a)huygens.knaw.nl. Dino was a member of the Executive of EADH and President and co-founder of AIUCD, the Italian digital humanities association that first became an Associate Organization of EADH, also and especially at his behest. We are looking for seminars on any aspect of the ancient or pre-colonial worlds, including history, archaeology, language, literature, cultural heritage or reception, that address innovative digital approaches to research, teaching, dissemination or engagement. Seminars that speak to the ancient world beyond Greco-Roman antiquity are especially welcome. Seminars will be held fortnightly through June and July in the Institute of Classical Studies, Senate House, London, and will be simultaneously streamed to remote audiences on Youtube, but we hope most speakers will be physically present in London. We are happy to announce the first edition of DH4MA, the International workshop on tangible and intangible heritage digitization to promote marginal areas and rural development. Title DH4MA - (Digital Humanities for Marginal Areas) About The Digital Humanities for Marginal Areas (DH4MA) workshop aims to investigate the state of the art of tangible and intangible heritage digitization in marginal and rural areas and their accessibility. DH4MA will be held in conjunction with the DH2023 conference <https://dh2023.adho.org/> and is organized in the framework of the KiNESIS Erasmus+ project <https://www.kinesis-network.eu/homesite/1/1/home-page.html>. The digital divide issue affects several areas all over the world, including those that despite being part of the most developed countries, are behind the times of the digital revolution. Museums, libraries and centres of culture located in these areas often cannot foster their cultural heritage. In light of the above, Digital Humanities (DH) techniques represent an opportunity not to be missed to raise awareness of their cultural heritage and to overcome the digital divide. The consciousness of the digital divide, poor visibility and the need to improve communication strategies emerged during the covid-19 lockdown, when several cultural institutions made their cultural heritage available online (Cicerchia et al., 2021; Agostino et al., 2020; Fresh, 2021), allowing people to enjoy it in a new different way (e.g. Guggenheim Museum of New York <https://www.guggenheim.org/group-visits>, The Paul Getty Museum of Los Angeles <https://artsandculture.google.com/streetview/the-j-paul-getty-museum/cwFdGY…>, The Uffizi Gallery of Florence <https://www.virtualuffizi.com/map-%26-virtual-tour.html>, The Rijksmuseum of Amsterdam <https://www.rijksmuseum.nl/en/masterpieces-up-close>). Nevertheless, small centres of culture were not able to offer their collections online. Only a few of them were able to make a real revolution (Roblek et al., 2021), also by exploiting cooperation between only seemingly distant disciplines (e.g. computer science and librarians, humanists and game creators) to promote tangible and intangible heritage. Topics of interest Relevant topics for the DH4MA workshop include, but are not limited to, the following areas: - Cultural heritage digitization in marginal and rural areas; - Best practices to reduce the digital divide in marginal and rural areas; - Investigation and evaluation of the degree of digitization in marginal and rural areas; - DH techniques to promote cultural heritage; - Promoting cultural heritage through gamification techniques; - Research cooperation between people/teams with different expertise to promote cultural heritage; - Research projects aiming to reduce the digital divide; - Research projects aimed at promoting cultural heritage through cooperation between scholars and local associations Research questions Bringing together scholars dealing with different research fields, the DH4MA aims to answer (not only) the following questions: - Do exist examples of tangible and intangible heritage digitization that can be defined as best practices? - Which are the best strategies implemented at the global level to reduce the digital divide between marginal and rural areas and most developed areas? - Which are the best examples of cultural heritage promotion through the collaboration between people/teams with different backgrounds? - Is it possible to consider cultural heritage promotion through DH techniques as an opportunity to fight the depopulation phenomenon? Ethical Responsibilities and 3D Practices in Cultural Heritage Digital Humanities Research Hub, University of London, Tuesday May 9, 2023. The goal of this workshop is to collect, aggregate and synthesise existing work on ethical issues around 3D methods, and discuss with professionals and experts other issues that should be covered. The core output will be a dynamic white paper, to make available guidance and references to future researchers and practitioners. All participants will be invited (with no obligation) to join us in drafting and co-authoring this documentation after the event. The workshop will be in-person, with the possibility of remote participation via video conferencing and collaborative workflow tools. All the best, Simone Rebora (for the SIG-DLS steering committee) === *DH2023 Workshop – SIG-DLS Seven Years on* Seven years have passed since the constitution of the ADHO Special Interest Group “Digital Literary Stylistics” (SIG-DLS). In the meantime, the research field has changed, with the advent of new methodologies (drawing on the constantly growing field of computational linguistics) and the affirmation of emerging theories and definitions (such as the modeling paradigm in “computational literary studies”). At the same time, some aspects and reference points have remained the same, such as the confirmed success of frequency-based approaches and the pivotal role of statistical methods. With this workshop, we would like to provide a renewed overview of the field of Digital Literary Stylistics, in ideal dialogue with the seminal workshop organized at DH2016, which allowed the constitution of the SIG-DLS. This track welcomes contributions that present real-world applications of hypertext systems, with a focus on the benefits, challenges, and gaps that emerge from daily practice in fields of study such as (but not limited to) Digital Museology, Intangible Cultural Heritage applications and NLP approaches to cultural resources. As the focus of this year conference is “Humanity within”, authors are encouraged to submit interdisciplinary articles centred around the impact of social media and AI on how hyperlinked content is accessed and consumed and its impact on Humanity. Dear All, The LiLa: Linking Latin team invites you to participate to the LiLa Project Closing Event, consisting in a workshop taking place at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy, on 25th-26th of May, 2023. More information about the workshop, including a detailed programme, can be found at: https://lila-erc.eu/events-2/lila-closing-event/ LiLa responds to the growing need in the fields of Computational Linguistics, Humanities Computing and Classics to create an interoperable Knowledge Base of linguistic resources and NLP tools for Latin. To this end, LiLa makes use of Linked Open Data (LOD) practices and standards to connect words to textual and lexical resources currently distributed across the web. The purpose of this workshop is to present the results of five years of work on the LiLa project and to bring together scholars responsible for the creation and development of linguistic resources and NLP tools for Latin that have been linked and integrated in the LiLa Knowledge Base. Dear all, On behalf of the voting members of the European Summer University in Digital Humanities 2023 Evaluative Committee, I am pleased to announce that the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania has been selected as the future host for ESU 2023-2025. We are thrilled that Christian Schuster, the director of the Transylvania Digital Humanities Center there, and Alexandra Cotoc, a former ESU community member, will join an impressive team from across the university to provide the ESU with a new intellectual home. The Evaluative Committee had the difficult task of selecting from an extremely competitive pool of candidates, a testament to the strength of the ESU over the years and to Elisabeth Burr’s extraordinary leadership. All the best, Simone (for the SIG-DLS steering committee) === *DH2023 Workshop – SIG-DLS Seven Years on* Seven years have passed since the constitution of the ADHO Special Interest Group “Digital Literary Stylistics” (SIG-DLS). In the meantime, the research field has changed, with the advent of new methodologies (drawing on the constantly growing field of computational linguistics) and the affirmation of emerging theories and definitions (such as the modeling paradigm in “computational literary studies”). At the same time, some aspects and reference points have remained the same, such as the confirmed success of frequency-based approaches and the pivotal role of statistical methods. With this workshop, we would like to provide a renewed overview of the field of Digital Literary Stylistics, in ideal dialogue with the seminal workshop organized at DH2016, which allowed the constitution of the SIG-DLS. Digital Humanities for Marginal Areas Workshop @ DH2023

We are happy to announce the first edition of DH4MA, the International workshop on tangible and intangible heritage digitization to promote marginal areas and rural development. Title DH4MA - (Digital Humanities for Marginal Areas) About The Digital Humanities for Marginal Areas (DH4MA) workshop aims to investigate the state of the art of tangible and intangible heritage digitization in marginal and rural areas and their accessibility. DH4MA will be held in conjunction with the DH2023 conference <https://dh2023.adho.org/> and is organized in the framework of the KiNESIS Erasmus+ project <https://www.kinesis-network.eu/homesite/1/1/home-page.html>. The digital divide issue affects several areas all over the world, including those that despite being part of the most developed countries, are behind the times of the digital revolution. Museums, libraries and centres of culture located in these areas often cannot foster their cultural heritage. In light of the above, Digital Humanities (DH) techniques represent an opportunity not to be missed to raise awareness of their cultural heritage and to overcome the digital divide. The consciousness of the digital divide, poor visibility and the need to improve communication strategies emerged during the covid-19 lockdown, when several cultural institutions made their cultural heritage available online (Cicerchia et al., 2021; Agostino et al., 2020; Fresh, 2021), allowing people to enjoy it in a new different way (e.g. Guggenheim Museum of New York <https://www.guggenheim.org/group-visits>, The Paul Getty Museum of Los Angeles <https://artsandculture.google.com/streetview/the-j-paul-getty-museum/cwFdGY…>, The Uffizi Gallery of Florence <https://www.virtualuffizi.com/map-%26-virtual-tour.html>, The Rijksmuseum of Amsterdam <https://www.rijksmuseum.nl/en/masterpieces-up-close>). Nevertheless, small centres of culture were not able to offer their collections online. Only a few of them were able to make a real revolution (Roblek et al., 2021), also by exploiting cooperation between only seemingly distant disciplines (e.g. computer science and librarians, humanists and game creators) to promote tangible and intangible heritage. Topics of interest Relevant topics for the DH4MA workshop include, but are not limited to, the following areas: - Cultural heritage digitization in marginal and rural areas; - Best practices to reduce the digital divide in marginal and rural areas; - Investigation and evaluation of the degree of digitization in marginal and rural areas; - DH techniques to promote cultural heritage; - Promoting cultural heritage through gamification techniques; - Research cooperation between people/teams with different expertise to promote cultural heritage; - Research projects aiming to reduce the digital divide; - Research projects aimed at promoting cultural heritage through cooperation between scholars and local associations Research questions Bringing together scholars dealing with different research fields, the DH4MA aims to answer (not only) the following questions: - Do exist examples of tangible and intangible heritage digitization that can be defined as best practices? - Which are the best strategies implemented at the global level to reduce the digital divide between marginal and rural areas and most developed areas? - Which are the best examples of cultural heritage promotion through the collaboration between people/teams with different backgrounds? - Is it possible to consider cultural heritage promotion through DH techniques as an opportunity to fight the depopulation phenomenon? How? Submission instructions Contributions must be submitted in English and represent original and unpublished work that is not currently under review. Contributions will be evaluated by the Program Committee according to their significance, originality, technical content, style, clarity, and relevance to the DH4MA workshop. Contributions must be sent via email at dhformarginalareas(a)gmail.com by Wednesday, 12th April 2023 and must not exceed 1,500 words in length (not including the bibliography). The publication of a selection of contributions from the DH4MA workshop is planned. After the workshop, authors of the selected contributions will be asked to send an extended version. Call for EADH Secretary

EADH is looking for a member to fulfill the role of secretary of the organization. The secretary is one of the officers of EADH and a voting member of the executive committee. Among the secretary’s duties is to schedule the executive meetings, take minutes of the same, and produce action lists and a report for the Annual General Meeting of the association. The secretary supports the Chair and the President by organizing polls, counting votes, and recording decisions made during online discussions. We are seeking an individual whose interests align with the aims of EADH and who would like to get more directly involved in the support of existing European collaborations as well as in the development of new research strategies. The multilingual and multicultural environment requires cultural sensitivity as well as a willingness to learn from others. Together with the other EADH officers, the secretary represents our association in the international settings of the Alliance for Digital Humanities Organizations and beyond. This presents an opportunity to explore the wider world of Digital Humanities and get to know colleagues from different backgrounds and with diverse lived experiences. The main purpose is to illustrate through the different contributions to the track, how STEM disciplines can help and support the preservation and dissemination of tangible and intangible cultural resources. This track welcomes contributions that present real-world applications of hypertext systems, with a focus on the benefits, challenges, and gaps that emerge from daily practice in fields of study such as (but not limited to) Digital Museology, Intangible Cultural Heritage applications and NLP approaches to cultural resources. Submissions should consider any online systems that include socially and AI-mediated information such as social networks, recommender systems, online publication tools and discussion platforms. As the focus of this year conference is “Humanity within”, authors are encouraged to submit interdisciplinary articles centred around the impact of social media and AI on how hyperlinked content is accessed and consumed and its impact on Humanity. This track welcomes submissions that further the understanding of the technical inworkings of digital communities and their societal impact, as well as novel methods and algorithms that shape online communication, content creation and socially-mediated information access. This track welcomes submissions focused on (but not limited to) critical reflection on the evolution of hypertext systems, paradigms for new hypertext applications, as well as theories for understanding and navigating the complexity of digital communities enabled by hypertext design and systems. Call for Proposals: Encoding Cultures – joint MEC and TEI Conference 2023

Please distribute widely] We are pleased to announce a call for papers, posters, panels, and workshops for “Encoding Cultures,” a joint conference of the annual Music Encoding Conference and Text Encoding Initiative Members’ Meeting. The conference will be held 5–8 September 2023 (Tue-Fri) at Paderborn University, Germany, with pre-conference workshops 4–5 September 2023 (Mon-Tue). This event brings together, for the first time, the Music Encoding Initiative (MEI) and Text Encoding Initiative (TEI) communities, both of which are involved in the digitization and encoding of cultural heritage artifacts. While musical and textual artifacts have fundamental differences, there are many overlapping approaches in regard to data modeling, encoding theory, and digital publication. MEI and TEI also share technical tools and services, as both XML vocabularies are formally expressed using TEI's customization and documentation language. The conference topic is Encoding Cultures, understood both as the encoding of multiple cultures and cultural outputs as well as the variety of encoding cultures that exist within and across our communities. Encoding Cultures will be the 23rd annual meeting of the TEI community and the 11th annual Music Encoding Conference, a cross-disciplinary venue for the MEI community and all who are interested in the digital representation of music. The School is designed to provide participants with an introduction to digital tools and techniques for research in the humanities. Through a combination of lectures, tutorials, and hands-on activities, you will learn to use a range of applications and platforms to access, analyze, and create digital content. The Summer School is designed to accommodate researchers from a diversity of backgrounds, so whether you are already proficient in the use of digital tools or are just getting started, you will find something to benefit from. All attendees will have access to expert instructors and support. The School is supported by CLARIN-IT, the Italian node of CLARIN, the ERIC Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure, and is under the auspices of AIUCD, the Italian Association for Digital Humanities and Culture and of AIPH, the Italian Association of Public History. The Digital Tools for Humanists Summer School 2023 will be held at the University of Pisa (Italy) from June 13 to June 22. Anyone to share scans of Italian or English handwritten text for my DH class? We transcribe!

Dear colleagues, w ould any of you be able to give me or point me to scans of handwritten English or Italian texts? I happen to teach a [ https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/courses/npfl134 | 4EU+ class ] , where they are going to mess around with Transkribus. T his year the group mysteriously consists purely of Italians from the University of Milan. As I understood, they are economists and social scientists rather than historians, so the texts should preferably not be extremely old and illegible. It does not have to be much, 50-100 pages in total would be great. Since that teaching project was originally set up with Frenchmen, we have plenty of French data, apart from Czech, German, and Russian, but I can't expect the Italians to know these languages well enough. Material Digital Humanities seminar (London and Cluj-Napoca) 2023 (online) Building an intelligent online library at Arcanum Előd Biszak (Budapest) Arcanum was founded in 1989. In the last 3 decades it has proven itself to be one of the major players in digitizing cultural heritage in Central Europe. Our philosophy is that digitization does not end with having digital reproduction. Analyzing the digital content with modern AI tools plays a huge role when creating a sophisticated easy-to-use search engine. Our workflow includes technologies like automatic newspaper segmentation, OCR-correction, named-entity recognition and face search. It lets the users research our digital library in ways that have not been really possible before. After creating the most prominent digital library in Hungary, we are extending our technologies and content to Romania hoping to create an indispensable tool in the field of Romanian cultural heritage. Hello all ~ I hope the new year is treating everyone well. I like the fresh start aspects of the New Year, but it has been a busy one! I wanted to let folks know that Constellate is running some introductory text-analysis webinars this month. (Constellate is a new text analysis service from ITHAKA that includes clear learning paths, the ability to easily build data sets using content from JSTOR, Portico and partners, and a lab where you can practice using popular and widely available tools and techniques for text and data analysis.) While the ability to use Constellate for teaching and learning is limited to participating institutions, anyone in the world may create and download datasets from Constellate. The newly established 'Playground & Laboratory for New Technologies: The Plant', a research and education infrastructure at the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences at Maastricht University is hiring a Creative Lab Technologist and a Research Software Engineer to contribute to its mission.
