For anyone following the RDF thread from last week, I'd like to do two things:

1.  Send out a general thanks to those who shared RDF tools or projects or comments that were not already on the list.  So, "Thank You!" to: Anna Gerber, Dean Irvine, Anna Jordanous, Jim Smith, Leif Isaksen, Conal Tuohy, Joris Pekel, and Stefan Gradmann.

2.  Share the full list of tools here so that others don't have to piece the list together.  Here are the new tools/projects that were shared:
