sorry for piping in with a question for clarification, but I think there is a slight error in the definitions below:
I believe that “single open review” should be “single blind review”?
Which means that the
identity of the submitting authors is known to the reviewers,
but the
reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to the submitting authors.
(as has been the practice at ADHO DH conferences until the late 2010s).
