Dear PC members,
We hope you are all keeping well as we move into the new year. Thank you once again for the considerable time and care you have already devoted to the DH2026 review process—we are very grateful for your continued commitment.
We are writing to you in your capacity as members of the Program Committee to ask for additional support at this final stage of reviewing.
The official reviewing period ended on 27 January (AoE), and we subsequently granted personal extensions until 31 January. Despite these accommodations, a significant number of reviews were declined or left incomplete at the last minute due to unexpected reviewer withdrawals. At this point, we are facing a shortfall of at least 31 reviews, and based on the current state of the system, we expect well over fifty submissions to remain partially reviewed without further intervention.
To ensure the integrity, fairness, and timely completion of the review process, we now need to rely on the collective support of the Program Committee. We would be very grateful if you would be willing to take on multiple additional reviews (ideally three or more), to be completed by 7 February (AoE).
We will begin sending out individual review requests in the coming days. In advance of that, it would greatly assist our planning if you could let us know how many reviews you would realistically be able to complete by that date, so that we can allocate submissions appropriately.
We are fully aware that this request comes at a demanding time, and we deeply appreciate the extra effort this entails. Your support at this stage is crucial to bringing the DH2026 review process to a responsible and successful close.
With our sincere thanks,
Misun & Wonhee PC Co-Chairs

Dear PC Members,
The submission period for DH2026 has now closed. We received a total of 813 submissions.
Thank you for your patience during the extension period. The review process will begin shortly, and we will be in touch soon with further instructions regarding the assignment of submissions.
We understand that some of you have received questions regarding late submissions. After consultation with the Executive Board and the Local Organizers, the submission system is now closed and we will not be accommodating any late submissions, regardless of circumstances.
Best regards,
Wonhee and Misun, PC Co-Chairs.
