Thank you once again for your willingness to support DH2026 with additional reviewing.
Some of you have already been assigned reviews that were previously refused, while others have not yet received any new assignments. For those who have not been assigned at this stage, we would like to ask whether you would still be able to carry out the reviews you kindly offered after 7 February and before 14 February.
Just before 31 January, following a number of refused reviews, we asked PC members to volunteer for additional reviewing and initially expected that we could move directly into the supplementary reviewing period after the deadline. However, once the deadline passed, the actual figures made it clear that this was not feasible. As of that point, there were around 250 submissions still partially reviewed, including 33 submissions with only one review out of the required three. Given these numbers, we decided to grant personal extensions to initial reviewers until 7 February, rather than proceeding immediately with large-scale supplementary assignments.
We therefore expect that the remaining shortfall will become clear only after 7 February, at which point further PC-supported reviewing will be necessary.
If your availability has changed, or if you foresee any difficulty in taking on reviews during that period, please let us know. Conversely, if you are able to take on more reviews than originally indicated, we would of course very warmly welcome that commitment.
Thank you immensely once again for your flexibility and support — it truly makes a difference at this stage.
With best regards,
Misun & Wonhee

Subject: [DH2026] PC request: urgent additional review support required (by 7 February)
Dear PC members,
We hope you are all keeping well as we move into the new year. Thank you once again for the considerable time and care you have already devoted to the DH2026 review process—we are very grateful for your continued commitment.
We are writing to you in your capacity as members of the Program Committee to ask for additional support at this final stage of reviewing.
The official reviewing period ended on 27 January (AoE), and we subsequently granted personal extensions until 31 January. Despite these accommodations, a significant number of reviews were declined or left incomplete at the last minute due to unexpected reviewer withdrawals. At this point, we are facing a shortfall of at least 31 reviews, and based on the current state of the system, we expect well over fifty submissions to remain partially reviewed without further intervention.
To ensure the integrity, fairness, and timely completion of the review process, we now need to rely on the collective support of the Program Committee. We would be very grateful if you would be willing to take on multiple additional reviews (ideally three or more), to be completed by 7 February (AoE).
We will begin sending out individual review requests in the coming days. In advance of that, it would greatly assist our planning if you could let us know how many reviews you would realistically be able to complete by that date, so that we can allocate submissions appropriately.
We are fully aware that this request comes at a demanding time, and we deeply appreciate the extra effort this entails. Your support at this stage is crucial to bringing the DH2026 review process to a responsible and successful close.
With our sincere thanks,
Misun & Wonhee
