[Pc2023] SIG workshop proposal deadline

I have a question from Lauren Tilton: "do SIGs need to submit their workshop through the main process? In the past, it has been later and done separately, but I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing a deadline." Is she correct that SIGs have their own workshop deadline?
