DraCor Summit (Berlin, 2025) – Programme, Registration, Travel Grants

[apologies for crossposting] Dear colleagues, Today we are pleased to provide you with more information about the programme of the DraCor Summit. Also, we are delighted to announce the opening of registration. The DraCor Summit will take place in Berlin from 1 to 5 September 2025. It will be organised by the Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Potsdam. Programme We have now published the programme for the DraCor Corpora Conference on 2 September and the Workshop on Computational Drama Analysis on 3 September. We are looking forward to 18 corpus presentations and 11 research talks. Wow! Details on the programme can be found here: https://summit.dracor.org/programme-overview Further information on the DraCorOS Training Sessions on 1 September and the DraCor Barcamp on 4 September will follow in the course of the summer. Registration We would also like to draw your attention to the opening of registration. As of today, you can register for the DraCor Summit for free. As part of the registration process, you can also let us know if you require childcare during the Summit. We offer virtual participation for some components of the programme. You may register for all or individual components of the programme using the following form on the University of Potsdam website: https://www.uni-potsdam.de/en/digital-humanities/events/dracor-summit Travel Grants Not to forget, we would like to point out that the registration process includes the possibility to apply for travel grants. Travel grants are expected to be up to €300. Please note that applications of participants who will actively contribute to the Summit (in the context of the Workshop on Computational Drama Analysis or the DraCor corpora conference) will be treated preferentially. Applications for grants can be submitted until 30 June (so if you are interested, register soon!). See you at the Summit!
