Dear EADH Community, this is a friendly reminder that there is still time to apply for the *European Summer University in Digital Humanities “Culture and Technology” 2026 (ESU DH 2026)*. The Summer University will take place at the Université Marie et Louis Pasteur in Besançon (France), from *6 to 18 July 2026*. *Applications are open until 24 May 2026!* We are currently at the midpoint of the call and warmly encourage interested colleagues and students to submit their applications. The ESU offers an intensive and interdisciplinary programme including workshops, lectures, project presentations, poster sessions, and panel discussions. At its core are two-week hands-on workshops running in parallel, covering areas such as: - Critical AI and Large Language Models - Distant Reading and Computational Text Analysis - Digital Archives, Cultural Heritage, and Data Curation - Phonology and Sound Analysis - Spatial Humanities and Mapping - Text Encoding and Digital Philology Please note that applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is recommended—especially for those who may need to arrange visas or travel.
