_Tasks_
- Writing a dissertation in the field of Digital Humanities
- Research and teaching in the Department of Digital Humanities
- Participation in research projects of the Department of Digital Humanities
- Independent teaching of courses and participation in teaching and examination tasks of the Institute
- Supervision of students
- Participation in organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
_Profile:_
- Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Digital Humanities or another humanities subject, or a subject related to computer science, in the course of which you have also dealt with humanities issues and methods
- Confident handling of complex applications for the generation, management, evaluation or visualisation of humanities data
- Fluency in English and German. If your German language skills are still inadequate at the time of recruitment, you intend to improve your German language skills to level C1 in the course of your employment
- Basic knowledge of at least one of the following technologies, proven by examples of self-written code (X-Technologies, Python, HTML/CSS/ JavaScript, Semantic Web Stack, R, Java)
- Experience in the implementation and realisation of projects in the field of Digital Humanities (desirable)
- Communication, organisational and teamwork skills
