Dear all,
Apologies for cross-posting.
I would like to invite you to participate in a survey on how professionals in the Cultural Heritage
(CH) sectors perceive and evaluate eXplainable Artificial Intelligence
(XAI) outputs.
The survey is part of my PhD research on XAI for Cultural Heritage at the University of Amsterdam, with the supervision of Prof. Tobias Blanke and Prof. Julia Noordegraaf and supported by the HAICu project.
The survey
-
Focuses on your familiarity with AI and your interpretation of XAI outputs, including a few practical examples
-
Language: English
-
Estimated time: 10-15 minutes
-
Closing date: 5th of April, 2026
Who can take part?
Heritage professionals involved in AI integration processes; academic researchers involved in multidisciplinary AI research; professional audiences interacting with AI on GLAM platforms.

Your participation will provide valuable information that will help establish how XAI tools can actually serve the needs of the CH community in the future.
Please forward to anyone you may think would be interested in the project.
Thank you in advance for your time and support.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me at o.m.borrini@uva.nl .
