Betr.: Save the date 04/03/2022: Co-Creation Workshop ReFa

Dear DH researchers,

the project team ReFa cordially invites you to join a hybrid co-creation workshop on visualization of multimodal cultural heritage data on the 4 March approx. at 10am-12:30pm.

The core of the digitization and research project “Restaging Fashion - Digital contextualization of vestimentary sources” (see https://uclab.fh-potsdam.de/projects/restaging-fashion/) is a database including paintings, prints & drawings, 3D scans of historical garments as well as textual sources from the 15th to the 19th century.

One of the aims of the ReFa project is to devise visualizations of this rich multimodal collection. We would like to share our research process and collaboratively develop some ideas with you, discuss different approaches and narrations. The workshop is intentionally placed right before the (hybrid) DHd conference in Potsdam to make it possible for on site attendees to join us beforehand.
