Dear all,

Following Paul’s message I would like to remind everyone that Congress has been cancelled for 2026 because the Federation could not reach an agreement with a local organization. For this reason, we find ourselves in the position to have to organize any 2026 event by ourselves.

Michael Sinatra from the University of Montreal reached out to us and suggested that they could take care of the conference next year working around with DHSI.

My recommendation is that we should accept the generous offer made by our Montreal colleagues. The conference organization requires various sets of people to work together to make these gatherings possible. To have the support of our UdeM colleagues is invaluable and will help us immensely to provide our community with the opportunity to meet in person next year.

All the best,

BB
