At the moment the text does not really make sense in French but to give a proper translation I would need the English text.

Dear ADHO Communications Committee,
This note is first to ask for some assistance reviewing the French translation of the DH2020 announcement, attached. The DH2020 organizers have had the translation created but ask that we proofread the post. If you read French and can take a quick look at this and let us know any errors, we would greatly appreciate it! We're hoping to post this next week.
Second, if your CO has appointed a new representative for this committee, please also let me know!
