Sounds like a constructive program to acquire new skills and knowledge, and one good to repeat.  Was pleased to read that guidelines were being written up and could see some useful approaches in the report you sent previously.  Think these will be helpful to others not on the program, but keen to learn how to tackle community engagement using social media.  I'd be glad to promote this kind of information via the aaDH network and beyond.
