Thank you for this. It all makes sense as far as I can tell. Based on our recent discussions on this, I would only suggest to add something about the proposed URL for the conference website. Maybe something along the lines of:

"For the conference website, the LO is expected to use a base URL showing the conference's link to ADHO, preferably on the model "dhYYYY.adho.org" (YYYY=year). ADHO will provide the LO with access to this URL."
