A reminder that the Twentieth Century Think Tank meets for a special seminar this Thursday:

On Thursday 6 July 2017

Prof Dr Bernhard Siegert (Bauhaus-Universität Weimar)

will speak on

Coding as Cultural Technique: On the Emergence of the Digital from Writing AC

Prof Siegert will give background information and a short summary, followed by open discussion of his recent paper, which relates the ontology of the digital, commonly associated with the Macy Conferences of the 1950s, to the work of Oliver Heaviside; please contact Richard Staley at raws1 at cam.ac.uk<mailto:raws1 at cam.ac.uk> for a copy of the paper.
